Although many people found working from home more relaxing than they’ve ever felt in years, it brought a whole plethora of new problems for many. For instance, not everyone can work with their spouse or partner next to them, and the new work schedules are far from ideal for some.
For example, this wife and new mom was feeling a lot of pressure when her workplace informed her that she will have to go back to work at the end of her maternity leave. However, with the pandemic still roaring across the US, she had to share her workspace and her home with her husband.
Everything was fun and games until the first ‘sticky situation’ came up: daddy couldn’t handle taking care of their newborn by himself. So, he decided to take it to Reddit’s ever-so-popular ‘Am I The A-hole’ sub and ask if he was wrong for interrupting his wife’s important work meeting to ask her for help while changing a diaper. Can you believe the audacity? Not only that he didn’t clean the mess HIS own baby made, but he interrupted his wife’s important virtual meeting, and when he was told that he’s a massive a-hole, he asked the public court of Reddit, hoping to justify his actions.
Thankfully, Reddit has no place for jokers like this dad, and the answer was very clear: ‘You’re an a-hole!’
