Reddit user u/housewiestion recently shared their story to the Am I The A-hole sub and wanted to know if they were in the wrong for how they reacted when their boyfriend wanted them to pay half the mortgage, but not gain equity in the house. Expectedly, Reddit voted that the woman is not the a-hole here, and they praised her for her take. Also, some suggested that the only gold digger here is her boyfriend, who wants to have his mortgage cut in half, but not ‘lose’ anything.
