Toxic masculinity is still a worldwide problem, even in 2020, and we know for a fact that men don’t love apologizing, especially to women.
For example, President Donald Trump almost never apologizes, and he has been both celebrated and mocked for that. The root of the problem comes from the people that celebrate such behavior and believe that men shouldn’t apologize for anything.
As per Psychology Today divorce mediator Sam Margulies, “men tend to view apologies humiliating and a loss of face”.
Twitter user @aj_fairley recently asked his followers to ‘apologize like a man’ to prove that men have perfected the art of saying ‘sorry’ without even apologizing, and they certainly delivered!
