Heather Huesman is a 23-year-old woman that recently shared a video of Blush Fitness in Overland Park, Kansas – a women-only gym that tints its windows and warns members when male staff will be working. The video has since gone viral after some men accused the gym of segregation.
The video has since been viewed more than six million times, and it highlights all the female-friendly features of the gym, including the free sanitary products and the locked door so only gym members can access it.
According to Heather, this is the best gym because it makes her feel safe and comfortable while she’s working out there. Thousands of women chimed in in the comments, saying that they would love to join.
However, some men branded the gym ‘discriminatory’ for its female-only policy, and some even wrote that ‘we’re evolving, backwards’.

Many women wrote that the gym looks amazing, and that the gym is particularly fantastic for Muslim women. According to some, places like this one have existed for years, and they’re awesome.
