This is one hell of a complicated story, so we’ll kindly ask you to take your time while reading it.
The story was shared by a woman that is pregnant with twins, and she made it clear from the very beginning that she will NOT be the mother of the children and be involved in their lives – for her own personal reasons, and WE RESPECT THAT! She was planning to either abort or give the babies up for adoption, but it turned out that the children’s biological father decided to keep them and be their single parent.
The woman, though, didn’t want to know anything about the babies, but he insisted that he accompanies her to her appointment, and he ended up telling her the babies’ genders. Knowing the fact that she doesn’t want to have anything to do with the babies, she got upset and banned him from coming to her appointments. She now wonders if she was in the wrong for doing it, and Reddit had a lot to say about it.
I do realize that this is a lot to take, but if we’ve learned anything over the years, is that women are the only ones entitled to choose what they want to do with their bodies, and even though they’re his kids, it’s HER pregnancy. Almost expectedly, though, Reddit was divided, and some people accused her of “abandoning” her children and “ruining their lives”. However, some smart people weighed in their takes on this one and made it clear that she’s absolutely not the a-hole here because what she’s doing is actually very selfless.
