According to some studies, only 1 to 2 percent of the whole human population on Earth has natural red hair. Being a ginger is a unique feature, and red-haired people truly stand out from the crowd.

Yes, there are many stories about gingers being trolled for their hair color, but it’s the most uncommon hair color in the world – so they should be proud of it!

Kieran Dodds is a 39-year-old Scottish photographer that has been traveling the world for the past seven years and capturing different people with one common unique feature – red hair. He told Bored Panda that the purpose of his project is connecting us across political and cultural boundaries by using a rare golden thread.
The whole point is to ‘look, stare, and marvel’, and find connections across the world.
