Men, in general, are having a hard time understanding gender-based discrimination, especially in the workplace. This was also the case with writer Martin Schneider from Philadelphia that is, until he accidentally put himself in his female coworker’s ‘shoes’.

The story goes back to when their boss has made multiple complaints about Nicole working too slow with clients and Martin thought that it was due to experience, as he as her supervisor had more and dealing with clients faster. However, this lasted until he accidentally started getting messages from Nicole’s clients, due to their shared inbox and they thought they are talking to her. This is where it gets fun. Martin decided to share his story in this stunning Twitter thread which addresses the issue big time.
